Order Confirmation- A production coordinator will be contacting you shortly to confirm the details of your order. After confirming  your order details, you will receive a confirmation email with the listing address and confirmed appointment details.


Delivery and Approval Process - All of your assets will go through a quality control process making sure they are delivered in accordance with your company's marketing guidelines. Typically, assets are delivered within 24 hours, unless quality control feels additional retouching is necessary. In the rare occasion this happens, that image can take up to an additional 24 hours. Your assets will then be uploaded to the Rise Media Portal, at which time you’ll receive an email notification. If this is your first time ordering with Rise Media - you’ll receive a temporary username/password in order to log in to the Rise Media Portal, where you will have the ability to approve/reject each photo, and leave feedback for any additional retouch request.


Photo Retouch Requests - If you would like to enhance or alter any images beyond your company's premium standards, a charge of $25 per photo, per round, will be incurred.  Your production coordinator will quote any enhancement or changes above and beyond a standard additional retouch request, and you will have the opportunity to approve any charges before processing.


Video Edits - The first video deliverable (“Preview”) is edited and styled to the specifications of the chosen video product, along with any documented special considerations.  Should you have notes, the first revision round is included. (To maximize value, all feedback from all stakeholders should be consolidated into one revision list.) Further edits will be billed hourly at $150 per hour.
