What is Rise Media?

We are a full-service real estate production company. We aim to provide all of your marketing needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What services do you provide?

All real estate marketing material! Photos (including dusk and aerials), extensive photo editing, floor plans, virtual staging, videos, luxury renderings, slideshows, virtual tours, mini websites, agent headshots, copywriting and more!

What areas do you service?

We service mainly the Hamptons, Long Island, NYC, Brooklyn, Westchester, and parts of Connecticut. Special projects outside of these areas can be discussed and considered.

What is a Luxury Render?

Rendering is an image of a property that has not yet been built. It serves to show what it will look like. Renders are created based on the architect’s CAD files and floor plans.

What is Virtual Staging?

Staging is when we digitally add furniture to properties to show a potential buyer its potential. You can select from a vast online furniture catalog and leave the rest to us!

How quickly after an appointment, will I get my materials back?

We provide next business day turnaround for most products, such as photos, floor plans measurements & redraws Virtual Staging, Editing. Videos take a little longer and can be about a week to turn around.

If the weather is going to be bad do I need to call & cancel?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all non-video tasks. You will need to notify us of any changes or cancellations 24 hours before your appointment. The cancellation fee is $100 per service per task.

**If there is inclement weather (raining, snowing, etc.) we allow for an hour's notice with no cancellation fee.
For video, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will need to notify us of any changes or cancellations 48 hours before your appointment. The cancellation fee is $150 per service per task.
**If there is inclement weather (raining, snowing, etc.) we allow for a 2 hours notice with no cancellation fee.

For Sunday and Monday appointments, please reach out to the photographer, floorplanner, or videographer directly, regarding any issues or cancellations with the appointment. Please also email us at hello@rise-media.com or text us at 877-566-3121 to notify us of any changes or cancellations. Our team will follow up with you on Monday morning.

I took photos last year; will they still be on my account?

Yes, all jobs we do for you will always be stored in your Rise Media Portal (RMP) account. We never delete them.

How will I receive my photos?

When your professional photography is complete, you will receive a "Materials Completed" email that will lead you to log in to your Rise Media Portal (RMP)account. This is where all your content will always be stored.

Once there, you will see detailed instructions on how to easily proof and download your content.

Didn't receive a notification email? No worries, you can always log in to your Rise Media Portal (RMP) account and access your content.

Can I request a specific photographer or planner?

Yes, you can request anyone you like. This request is granted based on availability. Our scheduling team with work with you to best suit your needs.

Is Editing Included in the cost of photos?

Basic editing is included. This generally includes enhancing skies and small things of that nature. Additional editing can be done by request for an additional fee. Please discuss this with your marketing coordinator.

How do I request additional edits?

You may request all edits directly from your Rise Media Portal (RMP) account.

Next to each image, simply state what you’d like done in the white box- Ex: "green up the lawn", or "remove furniture". Etc...

How much notice do I need to book an appointment?

Booking is done based on availability. We can often book as soon as the next business day. Please note, some photographers book up quickly! Please do reserve your slot as soon as you can especially if you’d like to secure a particular person to work with.

Can I shoot the interior and exterior photos on different days?

Shooting on different days means scheduling separate shoots. With that said, we are happy to go back as many times as you wish!

I only need one photo, is that possible?

We do have a 4 photo minimum to send a photographer on site. If you only need one photo, we recommend adding façade or amenity photos, or we can provide 4 options (angles) of the same room/ photo you wish to capture.

What should I do to be “Photo-Ready”?

Please be sure the property is clean and staged as you or the seller would wish for the property to be viewed/represented. While we can move small items on-site to enhance the image, we do not move large furniture or clean up prior to shooting. Keep in mind, some properties are rentals and tenants may not want their things to be touched or moved. With that said, there is the option to digitally remove items in post-production for an additional fee.

If you are having your headshot taken, please dress as you wish to be represented. The only recommendation we make is to stay away from stripes.
